In my Borough that is a neglected eyesore owned by a private company.

The surrounding township is putting up a bunch of warehouses and the rigs are going to have to drive through my two circles where that eyesore exists.

I'm praying for an ice storm in NJ.

Wait - you guys aren't really snow ready down there - right?
