6. Knuckleheads with ATVs, Flash Mobs, and Smash-and-grabs

I feel bad for the young people in DC - except for the knucklehead kids riding ATVs in packs on city streets disrupting traffic, the ones roving around doing flash mobs in popular areas like the Navy Yard or Wharf, and the ones shoplifting and doing smash-and-grab robberies. Not to mention the ones with guns who are shooting people at random.

Sorry to sound like a cranky old lady. Most kids are good. It's just the knuckleheads that are ruining it for the good ones.
