Are right wing nutjobs. Costco can obviously do as they wish, and they’re not the kind of neighborhood pharmacy people typically run to in an urgent situation, but this decision probably increases the price some will pay for these critical health care pharmaceuticals since Costco is known for very reasonable pricing.
