It is not only what happens at the hearing, it is also the attacks and threats from unelected minions in all media. And all of it will go on and on. And with the Repugs controlling Congress I would expect every subtle and not subtle dirty trick in the book in how the hearins are set up and conducted and some yet unwritten.
