I've been in the DC metro area my entire life and I can tell you the carjackings are a problem. There have been too many occasions of serious bodily harm and/or death related to them in DC. While I absolutely do not want this admin running DC (or any admin for that matter), the past few years have been bad. Glad the numbers are going down but we need to acknowledge the problem.
