I keep jobs piled up in my basement so "real" 
Americans can't get to them.
Oh wait, that was the excuse all through the recession and the Trump years.

Reading the many stories online of workers leaving horrible employers is extremely satisfying. Same with the new unionization and collective bargaining efforts to get better working conditions.
