5. I have long been disgruntled that the Valentine hearts promotion ended so abruptly

on February 15th--- sometimes barely after I realized it was happening....

Why not extend it through the whole month of February??
It would result in more support for the site, obviously....

Why not make March the month of Shamrocks??? for Saint Patrick's Day....

Fireworks in July, Halloween Pumpkins in October, Christmas Trees in December....

Participation is of course voluntary-- but those would all result in more support for the site, year round...

I don't think anyone would feel 'pressured' by such promotions,
and it would make things more interesting for everyone, IMHO

??
