I actually didn’t mind my workplace before the last one. I am too worried about saying anything positive these days about anyone but individuals as I suspect then that I will have some scammy medical product shoved off on me. That is not paranoia. It is the effect of having my home and street definitely connected to a stupid grid of creepy and pointless rot that is a waste of life and time and energy and money and shouldn’t exist.

If you had gone through what I went through that’s mild compared to what I should be saying.

If you cannot grasp that students in this shit privatized education and healthcare and fucking scammy edtech and ai environment are just turning out the way this would end, you are not that bright and yelling at people below you doesn’t mean you are awesome. Nor does the drum circle.

My mentor could have just had me collect data and then do the analysis and write up the paper himself. But he wasn’t like that. He really wanted us to learn and become real scientists.
