But the guy on DU that told me last week that there are up to 150,000 cases of defensive gun uses a year that save lives is most certainly pumping out misinformation.

The ONLY people pushing evidence of a reduced crime is the NRA. No police-provided evidence.

Yes, there has been a drop in crime, but no direct correlation to open carry or concealed carry.
