7. Not exactly. Do you think Obama should negotiate over the debt ceiling?

It's more "just throwing it out there", but it's not snark. I would rather see a platinum coin minted rather than giving concessions to the GOP in order to have them raise the debt ceiling. So why not do it preemptively rather than waiting until the last minute?
