Of course culture affects us a whole lot, and I find a lot of it abusive, as in "controlling"

To suit its oligarchs.

I save the photo of little me in a Hopalong Cassidy outfit, ready to shoot 'em up.

I outgrew that, and was the lead pacifist in the family.

All I ever shot was photos. Even in the service.

I defy stereotypes.
