27. There's nothing more he can do legally, that doesn't mean Trump will stop going after Carroll.

(MS NOW) "The rejection by the nation’s highest court means the end of the legal road for Trump. Still, he said that he 'will continue the fight against this Weaponization and Lawfare Case against me, including the ridiculous claim of Defamation, with all of my power and strength.' "

"Carroll’s lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, said in a statement: 'Today’s Supreme Court decision affirms once and for all the jury’s unanimous verdict that President Donald J. Trump sexually assaulted and defamed E. Jean Carroll. His multiple efforts to appeal that verdict have all failed and today’s ruling ends his quest to avoid accountability for his actions.' "

Still, scumbag Trump will not give up. He ordered the DOJ to start a vindictive criminal probe of E. Jean Carroll and her legal funders.

From 'Free Speech For People': "The DOJ’s vindictive criminal probe of E. Jean Carroll is a dangerous abuse of power. Trump must be impeached"

"Donald Trump has ordered or authorized the Department of Justice to open a baseless and clearly retaliatory criminal probe into E. Jean Carroll, who successfully sued Trump for both sexually assaulting her and subsequently defaming her, and into the nonprofit that helped pay for her attorney fees. After news of the investigations became public, the DOJ denied that it is investigating Ms. Carroll, while still conceding that they were investigating the funders of her lawsuit, thus providing cold comfort to Ms. Carroll or any other sexual abuse victims seeking redress in our courts. And notwithstanding that empty denial, the New York Times reported that 'people briefed on the investigation said that Ms. Carroll was a primary target,' and CNN’s sources have reaffirmed the investigation."

"Let us be clear: Trump is corruptly using the DOJ to attack the victim of his sexual assault, and those who ensured that she had the ability to pay for the legal fees that were driven up by Trump’s exhaustive legal attacks on Ms. Carroll. And they are trying to do so in secret."

"Trump has long abused his power and privilege in an attempt to silence Ms. Carroll. In 2019, during his first term, Ms. Carroll published an account of being sexually assaulted by Trump in 1995. From the office of the presidency, Trump made numerous false and defamatory statements about Ms. Carroll and her claims. Carroll filed a defamation suit in 2019, and Trump responded by corruptly attempting to use the Department of Justice to block the suit."
