Magats who are in control of blue districts try to create long voting lines, or by creating chaos at blue voting sites, calling in bomb threats at blue voting sites etc. People who have to wait 3,4,5,6 hours to vote, if they use their heads, will do mail in ballots the next time to avoid the long lines.

It could really be bad in states, like my state of Pa. that doesn't have early voting times, force voters to show up at the polls and then disrupt the vote at those polling places.
