So pulmonary hypertension it is then? [View all]
A few days ago, there was this interesting report on the fact a new drug which is yet to be on the market and still being tested was given for "compassionate reasons" to a 79yr man suffering from a number of ailments including pulmonary hypertension. Let us assume that is actually the case. It would actually perfectly fit the mold.

National Institutes of Health Senior Clinician Ranganath Muniyappa requested the drug to treat the patient, who suffered from refractory obesity with obstructive sleep apnea and pulmonary hypertension, Stat News reported. Muniyappa, who did not respond to the outlet’s request for comment, reportedly recommended against bariatric surgery because of the patient’s age and medical conditions.
I want to focus on pulmonary hypertension. As it turns out, if you look it up on the Mayo Clinic website, they list several symptoms that one might exhibit with such a condition:

Namely,
Pulmonary hypertension symptoms include:
Shortness of breath. It may first start during exercise and eventually happen at rest.
Blue or gray skin. Depending on skin color, these changes may be harder or easier to see.
Chest pressure or pain.
Dizziness or fainting.
Fast pulse or pounding heartbeat.
Fatigue.
Swelling in the ankles, legs and belly area.

Trump does exhibit a lot of these. The ankle swelling is obvious, he is always tired and can not walk long distances. The other day, at the G7 he was running out of breath trying to deliver his speech (I mean his rant, really).
The fact that he regularly disappears or goes to Walter Reed's could be because it is an experimental drug that needs monitoring.
Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel.
