Theoretically it could be done. But nobody would do it ... and even if they did, they'd be stopped almost immediately. That's what is so bizarre about Chump's lies.

He knows he's going to be blamed because his motorcade drove right down the middle of the empty pool. (They did it on May 7th when the pool had just been painted.) We've all seen the photos and the videos. The paint is damaged right where those cars drove, and Chump is in the middle of it all.

This aerial photo is on CNN's website, they published it the day after the paint started delaminating from the bottom of the pool. The algae problem had already been announced, it's the paint coming off that Chump's motorcade caused. You can see workmen standing in the pool, so the water isn't much more than a couple feet deep.
