Staying home, taking walks, enjoying a summer night and fireworks at the high school. No gilded excesses or noblesse-oblige extravagance... I think any allure of that aspect has been temporarily deflated by Mr. trump's incessant and annoying tantrums about me being a "Very Bad at Patriotism American!" (who he labeled all who voted for Jasmine Crockett in the Dem primaries as such).

As the much better half told me, "the more you let that boy get to your head the more you won't have much room for much else."
