the only losing campaigns i ever worked on were 1s we knew we wd lose, but ran anyway. we got no support from the dnc.
it usually takes at least 2 cycles to flip a seat. sometimes more. but leaving the ballot blank means u lose EVERY TIME.
and downticket races absolutely help the top of the ticket. they get up close and personal w the ppl.
