the horribly unqualified and incompetent members of trumps cabinet and federal judges Republicans have installed have done. The Republican congress needs to be exposed by the Democratic party for this until their popularity sinks to trump levels ( although his are still shockingly too high ) and they fear losing their position in government. trump is the face of stupidity and incompetence the Republicans are the reason. Enough with trump time to punish those responsible.
