7. Everything with Trump is money and business transactions.

Why would the situation with Iran be any different? Is the main issue actually Iran's nuclear capability? Or is Trump trying to establish some sort of business transaction with Iran and using the force of the US military as a threat to get the business deal that he wants?

What is the real motivation for the attacks on Iran? Money paid to Trump by wealthy leaders in neighboring countries to reduce Iran's strength in the region? An attempt to destroy Iran's capability to support terrorism in the region because Trump wants a luxury resort in Gaza?

That would explain having real estate agents do the "negotiations", which are more extortion attempts than negotiations.
