This war was a war of choice and the stated reason about nuclear weapons conflicted with his statements that we had completely destroyed their facilities months before.

Contrast his eagerness to "destroy an entire civilization" with Secretary of State Kerry's emotional comments when JCPOA was signed that they had avoided war.
