30. Agreed. For me, every birthday after 39 was not something I particularly wanted to celebrate.

At 40, I could no longer think of myself as a young man, and by 45, my 20/20 vision started to go and by 48 I needed to wear glasses to read or see anything within arm's length - which I really hated - and it's been pretty much slowly but steadily downhill from there.
