Monday

The Soviets first, and then the US entered. Now, we have had a number of family members who fought in WW2. Most didn't want to talk about their experiences.

About 15 years ago, there was a major flood along the Susquhanna. A close friend's father-in-law owned a motel that was damaged. My boy helped with the clean-up. The guy, a WW2 veteran, tried to pay my boy, who refused money. He just asked the gentleman to tell him his experiences in WW2.
