I think it is reasonable to assume that when he was running with the Epstein crowd
he was doing cocaine. At some point he switched to adderall.
White House drug list from his first term indicates the doctors there give
Trump and his staff whatever drugs they want.

I don't think it is a given that we would know what drugs Trump is doing.
People in DC are doing all kinds of drugs, sex, you name it.
What happens inside the beltway stays in the beltway.

Cocaine is a stimulant so can look like amphetamine, both flood the brain with dopamine.
