"🚨 Trump's Department of Justice has now requested the dismissal, with prejudice, of the seditious conspiracy case against Elmer Stewart Rhodes III, founder of the Oath Keepers, and several other Oath Keepers members who participated in the January 6 insurrection, meaning the charges cannot be brought again in the future."
