18. What? More air strikes? Like that worked the first time.

Other than a full mobilization of the US military, nothing of any significance is happening. A Desert Storm level build up is what it would take to open the Strait and / or do actual regime change Iran at this point. We do not have enough forces or assets in theater to do much at this point. And no, we're not nuking anyone.
