My late hubs was a musician. He was in his 70s when he passed and in our dozen years on the road together towards the end, people felt all the time it was OK to make comments about his weight, his appearance, his health in general, and it was SO offensive. I used to take people's face off (metaphorically speaking, of course) and ask them if they looked like they did in the 1970s. So ageist, ableist and ignorant.

I was named after one of Sir Paul's songs, so of course I'd defend him anyway!!!
