This is just naked theft and if it's proven to be naked theft from taxpayers, I hope there is hell to pay.

The IRS should not be on the hook for this one, in any case. The contractor who leaked Fatso's return also leaked thousands of others, so it will be impossible to prove Fatso was yargeted specifically. In any case,he went to jail over the leak and massive breach of confidentiality and if Fatso wants to sue for damages (although he should have simply released his returns, his cult would think he's smart to pay no Federal taxes), the IRS contractor is the only one he can sue and he will have to prove he was damaged in some way and that's going to be a really tall order.. I can't see a jury buying it.
