3. Online, I have seen city folk discussing moving to small towns for lower cost.

People are warning them not to do this because of the limited jobs in smaller towns.
If you lose your job in the city you are more apt to find another one.
And there is more bus transportation etc.

But something has to give because some people are not making it in the Trump Economy.
