does a judge have to sign off on the settlement?

the contractor responsible for this tort worked for trump. is trump not ultimately responsible for the data breach?

impeach this guy. he has already paid flynn this way and his troll army all expect millions for their time in the "holocaust" of a dc jail considerably nicer than the holes trump sends his victims.
