Just didn’t read that way to me. Here is the answer to that question I found. I think there were many Dems with this nuanced position.

Yes, Abdul El-Sayed supported Kamala Harris in the 2024 general election, despite being a prominent supporter of the "Uncommitted movement" that protested the Biden-Harris administration's policies during the primary. He clarified that he backed Harris over Donald Trump, while continuing to criticize the administration's stance on Israel.
