... congenitally incapable of governing on even the most basic level, and truth is anathema to them. So that leaves them with only dipshit clown shows built on fabrications and bald faced lies, and delivered in frantic decibels for consumption by room-temperature IQs with the intellectual capacity of gnats. Apologies to culiculus everywhere for the insulting comparison.
