We've done much worse.....

The Islamic Republic has hated Israel since it's inception, although Israel was not a threat to them back in 1979.

The Islamic Republic hates everything western.

Look at Khomeini...really? Is he the result of a US coup? Or did he fool a bunch of western journalists who elevated him and faciliated his return to Iran. They literally thought he was another Ghandi, but he was a brutal dictator, who executed those who put him in power.

Khomeini is not on the US. They could have done better with their revolution. The had a group of moderates, but the moderates were all killed by Khomeini. This is not on the US...
