Besides, I can think of a few dictators who would be better analogs to Trump...let's see...East German dictator Walter Ulbricht (described as an "unusually dull man, devoid of personality, with no empathy for the working masses, the very people he was supposedly fighting for"
, Cambodian dictator Pol Pot, Caligula, Ivan the Terrible, Attila the Hun and Genghis Khan. If I had to pick one I'd choose Caligula because of his history as one of the world's biggest sexual predators.
