or knowledge, he wouldn't have to "save face" by acting like a mean girl or whatever his schtick is. I think he should be called on his antics. Something like "I can roll by eyes too, Mr. Patel. But I'm an adult and I have responsibilities to my constituents." I always found as a teacher that calmly calling out misbehavior was very effective.
