Letting him parade his ugly stupid ass in public is a form of elder abuse by his handlers and his family. They hate his guts, so they let him wreck himself diving into the empty reflecting pool from the highest platform in what was once a great nation. They are pure evil: full of bigotry, bile, and greed; thus, they also don't give any fucks over what he does to the nation or the world as his "presidency" bellyflops flat onto the unforgiving concrete pavement of reality.
