3. If the German Nazi's crimes were prosecuted in Nuremburg, where will trump's be prosecuted?

So many logical places since he's crimed everywhere. His henchmen and enablers should include a lot of the US corporatists - even as they'll try to shield themselves with "corporate law".

I wonder what role the SCOTUS would play in this. Would some of them be considered co-defendants? Congress (including some DINOs?)
