He's been remarried twice, has another ex-wife and a current one since Ivana, what right did he have to do anything about her burial?

She had no other family? No will? No instructions of her own? I doubt she would want that abusive rapist calling the shots and sticking her in his golf course! Jeez!

Piggy just barges in and takes over and her two numb nuts useless "sons" and daughter have no say about their mother? They can't muster up some guts to stand up for her?

They are all filth.
