10. I agree, but this isn't relaxing the rules for everday hunters. This is specifically aimed at wealthy trophy hunting IMO

This will open up especially bear and wolf populations that are so direly needed. Trophy hunters usually go for apex and/or cornerstone species that are vitally important to whats left of our ecosystems. This is probably because Donny Jr and his pals want to go into the parks and slaughter for fun almost 100%.
