Trump is telling GOP Senators to abolish the filibuster. Frankly, I think the filibuster is on borrowed time. I think if the "blood" is on their hands, we'll have more latitude to pass our agenda when next we are in the majority.

I don't know how many voters that determine elections are concerned about the filibuster - I suspect it is a marginal, wonk-class, politically aware issue.

So, I think what she is doing is saying what she means, which is good. The GOP have also been killing the filibuster by inches anyway.
