models that were trained on stolen data. Open source genAI models were also illegally trained. My understanding is that businesses using genAI pay for AI services, partner with AI companies or use open source. Having a customized genAI model doesn't mean it wasn't illegally trained.

That's genAI, though, and not all AI is genAI.

The program you mentioned for detecting fraudulent referrals doesn't sound like genAI.
