15. New York state courts would probably strike it down. They did in 2022.

They ended up giving Republicans more seats in New York.

Republicans started with 8 seats.
Dems gerrymandered them to 4 seats.
Court struck it down and instituted a new map, and Republicans ended with 11 seats.
