6. Define "top of the line" food.

Yesterday

Fresh produce, meats, fish, breads, eggs and dairy is apparently top of the line food.
Sooo - people on food stamps should be happy with food pantry/donation quality canned/box food and pre-packaged "meals", close to expiration foods and dairy or freezer case produce and meats?
