And offering them military escort. He is blockading a blockade while offering to help ships run his own blockade. All of this to prevent Iran from not having the nuclear weapon they don't have or possibly ten other reasons for this war, which he claims is won, isn't happening, isn't a war, and is resuming.

That's his brand of leadership.
