Or

“Meet Rufus. The dog that DIDN’T bite. This dog finally found a home with hyper-active children who swarmed him and pulled his ears and pawed him and even tried to ride him, day in and day out, and he never even growled…”

The challenge is always 1) what is it/what happened; and 2) how to make it interesting.

There’s usually SOME sort of human interest tidbit that can be found if you’re creative and don’t mind doing a little digging.
