we are seeing human to human transmission of Hantavirus. Human to human transmission was through to have occured with ANDV in Chile and Argentina, but published research in the past few years has found no evidence of human to human spread in those outbreaks.

We've seen hantavirus clusters/outbreaks before. Doesn't mean H2H transmission.
