1. There's an issue with this "warning"

Even if Trump gets out of the November election with a GOP majority in both houses he'l continue to "consolidate more executive power." Congress is eventually going to get to the point of saying, "no, you can't have another tax cut, we've got to pay for all these wars you keep starting." Because Trump doesn't accept no as an answer, he'll just set it up so no one can have the opportunity to tell him that.
