3. Why were the troops increased in 2022?

With our debts now exceeding the GDP…I say cut not just that brigade but more from military spending. Do we need the same global footprint? The world and our role are different. If Europe is ramping up troop levels , we naturally should be able to decrease our spending on being the global police force.
