the billionaire class is thinking long term. Scott Jennings isn't just a right leaning analyst he is a paid republican surrogate. They want to turn off the sensible members of their audience from watching and one day replace them with a maga or maga like audience and for the sensible people who can still stomach to watch that trash they want to propagandize. That's why billionaire are buying up media left and right they can afford taking monetary loss so they control the narrative and get what they want in the future.
