I see it as no different than applying insights from cognitive research like George Lakoff's.

I for one believe there is value in understanding how humans process information and how that understanding can be applied to learning to communicate with each other more effectively.

Perhaps this interview will provide insights into the communication approach and the radical difference from the "conventional wisdom" of the Democratic Party's beltway bubble consultant class.
