Once they fuck up the parks they can sell them off because we can't afford to take care of them due to our need to pay only for wars. Privatize them so that only the wealthy can afford to go to them.

Besides, none of we serfs will have the time to go to parks since we'll be waiting on the oligarchs hand and foot 24/7/365.
